Technical Service Delivery Engineer - Financial Services - Payments

This role is a unique opportunity to be part of a transformation project across the entire bank. They are looking for a forward-thinking individual who will help with business delivery and technical solutions to ensure the relationship between business operations and technology is aligned correctly.

You will be responsible for bridging the gap between 1st and 3rd level support and play a key part in resolving incidents.

What the client is looking for:

• Strong understanding of payments architecture
• Proven experience delivering 2nd level support
• Exposure to monitoring tools for infrastructure load
• Experience working in scaled agile environment will be a big plus
• Good analysis and investigative skills
• Scripting knowledge
• Familiarity working on-call

This role will be predominantly remote and require travel to one of their offices located across the UK 1-2 times every 3 months.
