Technical Platform Lead - Corporate/Commercial Banking - Contract or Perm

My Banking client is seeking an experienced Technical Platform Lead to oversee the end-to-end design, integration, and optimization of a platform within a corporate/commercial banking environment. This role goes beyond CRM and requires expertise in aligning the wider technical landscape to create seamless, efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive technology roadmap in collaboration with the Programme Manager.
• Optimize CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred) and propose lightweight API-based integrations (e.g., React) to streamline processes.
• Design and integrate solutions across CRM, data analytics (AWS, Snowflake), and ancillary systems to automate manual tasks and enhance relationship manager tools.
• Lead the architecture and technical strategy for 8-10 interconnected systems, ensuring robust design and integration.
• Drive automation and digitization efforts to improve efficiency, saving RMs up to two days per week on manual tasks.
• Influence key stakeholders and align solutions with measurable OKRs in an Agile environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience leading platforms or systems in commercial banking.
• Expertise in CRM (Dynamics, Salesforce, or equivalent), system integration, APIs, and technical architecture.
• Strong understanding of data tools (AWS, Snowflake) and front-end solutions (React).
• Ability to propose innovative solutions, including Gen AI capabilities, to enhance data and analytics functionality.
• Skilled in influencing and aligning cross-functional teams.
