Security Architect - Cloud / Cyber / Network - Banking - UK

A leading Bank is looking to hire a Security Architect to work within their internal Security Engineering team. The role will involve taking ownership of Security Engineering and leading the end-to-end design and architecture of Security protocols across all divisions within the group.

This will include providing a consultative approach to stakeholders and working closely with the business to identify opportunities to improve security, creating complex solutions and working with IT teams to drive and deliver technical change.

You must have:

• Strong background in the IT Security including Solution Architecture, Security Engineering and design
• Good knowledge of security threats, risk and controls
• Strong communication skills and ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
• CISSP or similar certifications are highly desired

The role is Hybrid and will require 2 days per week in one of their offices which are located across the UK.

Please note this is a PAYE contract going through an Umbrella company. The rate quoted is the Umbrella rate.
