Position Overview:
A respected organization focused on social good is seeking a Salesforce Developer to enhance their community engagement platform. This role will involve developing and optimizing features that facilitate collaboration between non-profits, social enterprises, and legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and outline new functionalities for the community platform.
• Lead the technical development of a Salesforce-based engagement site.
• Implement standard Salesforce components and create customized solutions using Apex and Lightning frameworks.
• Collaborate with design and user experience teams to ensure the platform aligns with brand guidelines and enhances user interaction.
• Maintain security standards and manage data access permissions within Salesforce.
• Focus on improving the platform's interface and usability, including developing dashboards and resource libraries.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer with proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, Lightning, and workflow automation tools.
• Experience in building user-oriented platforms, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Familiarity with current software development practices and the ability to deliver solutions independently.
• Knowledge of advanced programming concepts and design best practices.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
