What You'll Need:

• Strong expertise in React & Redux - deep understanding of state management and component-driven architecture

• Experience building applications from scratch - ability to define architecture and make key technical decisions

• CI/CD best practices - ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code

• Financial services/trading experience - exposure to front-office or real-time trading applications is a plus
